Fast response and good advice
Larry has been my realtor for the sale of my house and wife’s house. He also handled the purchase of our house. He has been my mother’s, my uncle’s, my cousin’s, and my sister’s realtor. He has become part of my family due to his personal attention he gives to his clients and his great work ethic. I would and have recommend him to anybody including my mother!!!
Lazy Larry got his commission and never heard from him again addressing simple problems at the place that he and the seller's agent should have handled. Lazy Larry is the absolute worst.
