I have mixed feelings about this. First of all, they have always been quick and kind to work with. Take my review with a grain of salt as it’s just one person’s opinion. My most recent experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. I had the maintenance plan with them, and about 3 weeks ago had them come out to service my furnace. Don was absolutely amazing. Was very friendly and got the job done quick but accurate. Made sure all my question were answered before he left. Would definitely recommend them.
Charley was super nice, very professional and as efficient as one can be when you have to search for parts before you can really get started. He did a superb job and is greatly appreciated by our family.
We called Larry Cook Heating and Air and asked for someone come fix our furnace. We had been putting a band-aid on it for a long time and knew the day would come when we had to replace the unit. Fearing the cost of it mostly. The service man told us it was time to replace it and the cost was less than what others had told us they paid for theirs. Jacob and Ben came and worked steady until it was all done today. They were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thank you Kerri E.
