Gerry came out to give me an estimate. I had a few quotes before and a few scheduled for after. However, I canceled the rest of my quotes after I got the quote from Gerry Cook. After I talked to Gerry, I knew I wanted to do business with them. My unit had not been replaced in over 20 years. I was able to get my A/C and Furnace replaced the next week. The team that came out to my house was amazing. They did a great and thorough job! I would recommend them. They’re fair and they talked me through options and did a great job!
Very professional and honest, they showed up on time and fixed the problem in less time than I expected. The technician was friendly, polite, and explained everything he did as well as giving me additional information about my system. I highly recommend them and they will be the first people I call if I need help again.
