I've been to Larry Combest Clinic 2 different times . Called a head of time both times. The 1st time after waiting over an hour -we got to the back to discover there was no Dr. That day can you reschule another day. The 2nd time -we did not see the Dr. And can we reschule because the Dr. Needs more time after we called to see if the Dr. Was available and the price of the procedure. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they take the time to listen and do what it takes, they are concerned about your health not your wealth
The receptionists are rude and condescending. Made comments that my outfit brand was very expensive and so was my purse so I shouldn't be there. (Christmas presents/gift cards bought my clothes). When I filled out my income, or lack thereof, they flat out said I was lying even though I had my paper work in front of them showing my bank statements and income! I really don't know what I would have done without these wonderful people. They took care of me when I had no insurance and was out of a job. I had some real health issues and they saved me. I believe without them I would have died. I have come a long way, I work full time and pay for my own insurance. I still come here because I love my Doctor. Thanks for everything, Phyllis Crable
The doctor always cancel or is never in.... then staff's swear they have called you and left a voicemail...Why is it everybody else can get through but Yall...never again���
This place saved my sanity and life!
