Wish I could give negative stars. This psychologist has done innumerable damage with his unethical testing practices. He does not spend enough time and energy on the assessment process, does not take time to gather sufficient information, and uses computer generated interpretations to give clients multiple diagnoses that often conflict with one another. An assessment from Kubiak is a waste of your time and money.

Do not recommend. After pages and pages of questions he only spent a few moments with my son. Then received the results the next day. He threw everything at the wall in the diagnosis and I know this was not accurate. While “testing” my son he was on his phone.

Prior to seeing Dr. Kubiak my son was seen by FSU multidisciplinary. They ruled out the diagnosis that I knew he had but stated that they could not provide an accurate diagnosis for him at the moment and that oils need further evaluations. He saw them for a whole year to get nowhere. Dr. Kubiak not only was able to diagnose him properly but also provided a very detailed report. I recommend Dr. Kubiak, highly. Many years ago I had my daughter and I both evaluated by him and the reports were very much necessary to target the mental health journey to our needs. Later, I referred a person to him that I cared a lot for, but who was a real jerk. He went, and was able to get the evaluation he needed to pursue further targeted help. He's now got it under control and is happily married. Recently, I had a meltdown, and went back to him, because I know the value in what he does. It's an extensive evaluation- ... read more
