Where to begin... He is perpetually late, has a booming voice, and runs through a list of questions as if you are expected to already be doing everything and he can just check those off. Any questions you may ask are excused with a dismissive wave. By this point, my kid was not crying, but quite unnerved by his imposing attitude.
