I've been working with the Porter's for quite sometime now. They helped me and my wife buy our first house. Since then, they have been our property managers for that same house (over 5 years). Nothing is easy when you rent out your house. First you need a tenant, then things break, neighbors are rude, more things break but the Porters do everything in their power to solve these problems quickly and in a professional manner. Under contract in four days!! The Porters were very professional and down to business. They led me through the entire process of selling my house answering any and all questions that I had. They also made sure that the process of selling my house was seamless and having minimal impact on the day to day lifestyle of my family. I would recommend the Porters over and over and over again!
