They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here.
