Had a beaded prom gown hem at larrissa's did a great. Job!!! Highly recommend for any formal gown. Very nice, and great turn around. Time

Premier alterations and monograms...Larrissa the owner will pin everything according to the best fit for you.She keeps up with trends in lengths.If asked,she will tell you if the garment is worth keeping or having altered.She replaces jean trim on the bottoms of your jeans if they are special.Does beautiful monograming.Can do hebrew monograming.Price is appropriate for such high quality work.
Larissa is amazing when it comes to clothing alterations. She has made a number of alterations to pants, skirts, and dresses, including the dresses for ballroom dancing (very tricky for alterations). In one particular instance, I ordered a gorgeous white gown with delicate red roses, covered in numerous rhinestones to be shipped from Japan; however, when ordering a dress online there is always a risk that the size of the dress will not work out. Larissa did an absolutely FABULOUS job on my wedding gown alterations! I bought a dress (a sample, never worn) online, and needed someone to take in the bust and adjust the length (I am a 5'3"). Larissa totally delivered. Only her skills could get me to drive from Kinston out to Goldsboro for fittings ;) The time and care she took with my dress was just amazing and the attention to detail was incredible. Love, Love, Love this place! Great Atmosphere! They are so helpful and polite. They do monogramming now and do such an awesome job at it. I have a young child and like to take special items there to have his name added. I would recommend this business to any and everyone!
I've only had hems here and they do a good job with them. Always solid, never had a problem. I will admit that they are a little more expensive than some other places, but for the convenience of where they're located I'm quite happy with everything I take there. They can also be a little direct there, but that's fine. They're the experts.
What a great place! I chose Larissa's because three of my girlfriends suggested it and I was not disappointed. I ended up taking my daughter there as well, for her bridal gown, and it fit like a glove! Her four bridesmaids also took their dresses there and every one of them was pleased with the fit as well as the prices. DO not go there. I agree with the last lady. Larissa is a "rip-off " artist! I am calling the B.B. B. Told me one price and changed it when I went to pick it up. She would not tell me at first.... She will not be in business much longer!
