I brought my wedding dress to Larissa after another seamstress recommended her. She completed all the work I needed done in two weeks. Just yesterday I went and picked it up. It fits like a glove and the hem is perfect. I am so pleased with how it looks. Not only does she do good work, but she is super sweet! Brides, don't fret bringing your dress to her!
They do a wonderful job on my jeans:the original hems are put back, you'd never know they been hemmed, and also I've taken a lot of knit dresses and pants, and I always get the original , stretchy stitching on them, just like they came from the store. I've never had this quality work anywhere else! Very satisfied!
Larissa and her team did an outstanding job altering my very detailed wedding dress. I was extremely pleased with their work! It was as if the dress was made just for me :-) They also altered my mom's dress and my sister's bridesmaid dress. Everything was perfect and my dreams were fulfilled. My lace wedding dress by Maggie Sottero was ordered offine, it was two sizes too big and hung on me like a sack. They practically re-made it to fit my body like a glove and gave me that hour-glass shape I wanted. I looked amazing on my wedding day and in my pictures! It was a miracle! I tell everyone to go there.
Larrissa was recommended by the bridal shop as I needed alterations made to my dress within a short timeframe. These ladies are the best of the best. They saved my wedding! If you buy a dress do not get it altered at the dress store or with anyone else - call Larrissa's . I bought my dress from a store in downtown Raleigh - they ruined my dress: not only was it too short, it was noticeably off-center. I love coming here to have all of my alterations complete. I especially love the monogramming and embroidery they do for all my children...best place in Goldsboro and the best staff to work with.
I had a prom dress that was 2 sizes too big, it needed major alterations, and it was heavily beaded. Larrissa's was referred to me by a friend. When I got it back, it fit perfect, Larrissa did an ecxellent job, it didn't look like it was altered at all. Great place, will definitely go back.
