Ordered switches for a trike build. Excellent honest service
Absolutely terrible customer service. We requested that freight be arranged by them, and when their freight failed to deliver the goods, they refused to follow it up with their carrier. On my final attempt to resolve things, their sales manager Graeme told me to f* off and blocked/ignored my calls. Still have not received the goods and they have not issued a refund. I have never in my years of dealing with suppliers dealt with such an unprofessional and disrespectful business.
Person on the phone was rude and verbally abusive, didn’t send product that was payed for. Highly do not recommend.
