I believe this guy is a hack. In my opinion he knows nothing about practicing medicine, opting instead to just sell his services to whatever insurance companies and lawyers need a puppet to try and screw people who are genuinely hurt. I would never trust this man's medical opinion and wouldn't even let him perform surgery on my daughter's broken dolls.
