We served our Butler County Guests for over 25 years from our pick up and delivery pizzeria on Fountains Blvd. As the Lakota-West Chester community has grown, though, so has the need for a warm and inviting place for families to sit down and enjoy a meal together. I usually enjoy the Monday / Tuesday special, which is all you can eat spaghetti with garlic toast and a salad for 10 dollars. This visit to this location recently was lackluster from the start, with standing in the lobby waiting for anyone else to come seat me for a few minutes and then the hostess got up from the first booth around the corner. This isn't the best tasting LaRosas but food is usually pretty decent but service on the other hand is quite lack luster and think I'm just going to have to refrain from ordering from this LaRosas any more due to order screw ups! They get my order right about 3 out of 4 times. Multiple times where a substantial amount of food is missing (delivery) & I have to initiate communication to get an update on the missing food & nothing is offered as consolation for their screw up not even a discount on a future order. Made a pretty normal pick up window order, to be ready in 15min. Got to the window, signed receipt & given 2 parts of order & told we're waiting on pizza. It was cold out, so I was okay rather than have them bring it to a pull aside spot. Already past my 15min window, they did finally ask me to pull aside. I waited there long enough that my partial order in the car was getting cold so I got out of my car to go check on my order, and the guy actually met me at the car bringing my order out.
