A nice escape The Larkspur Landing is more for business travelers than families. The have nice rooms with a kitchen and a desk to work at. The prices are good, even for an extended stay.
Very very nice This hotel is right by the airport (SFO) so I booked here for the night before my early morning flight. What a surprise. I would have liked to stay longer. The rooms are all suites/kitchenettes. The bed is so super comfy and the bedding is to die for. I slept like there was no tomorrow. They have warm cookies in the evening and also have a fully equipped business center. This is a really good place to stay.
One of the best in the area I really like the Larkspur Landing hotels, and this one is no exception. Your room is a suite, and it includes a kitchenette. The furnishings are comfortable, the bed gives a good night sleep, and pillows, pillows, pillows galore. ah, heaven. Whoever does the training for staff deserves an award. I think of all the 4 and 5 star places I've stayed at that have lousy or non existent service, and then I wish their staff could be sent here to learn how to treat guests right.
