The hotel is pretty, room is large, continental breakfast very stale pastry, poorly attended. No functioning jacuzzi, no pool, extreme lack of parking. Staff is attentive if they hear you knock on the counter 2-3 times progressively louder and saying 'hello' a few times. Calling from the room to front desk hit or miss to get an answer. If you are here for shopping good location. I was here to visit Folsom. Train stops at 8pm. Not a place that I would stay again.
Excellent hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Guest associate Sean is a champion. For sure give that guy a raise.

The most wonderful experience in a hotel I have ever had. The room I stayed in had a kitchen, complete with pots, pans, utensils and dishes that looked brand new. Everything in the room was clean, neat and nicely decorated. The hotel is located next to an incredible selection of entertainment; restaurants, movie theaters, OH! And the Folsom Outlets! There are freshly baked cookies downstairs, a fitness area and a spa! The staff is very friendly and there is fresh coffee and tea in the lobby. I'll definitely be back!!

Very clean hotel with pretty exterior. The check in was slow but they were really attentive. I got a room way down a hallway, I think on the 3rd floor. Best part is McCarthy Ranch has a store for everything you may need during your stay. IN & OUT is across the lot. You can do your bankING at BOA if you got money :) and it's close to the freeways.
