I had a wonderful time at Larkspur Dental office. When I first walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Kim and Chloe were very nice, and they took their time to explain everything during my checkup, and made me feel completely comfortable. The receptionists, Jenny, and Kelly were very sweet, and helpful. I appreciated how gentle and attentive they were throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
I have been a patient of Dr Buschlen's for a few years and very happy with the service received at Larkspur Dental. My last visit however was a totally different experience. The practice was sold about a year ago to Dr Kim. Upon leaving the clinic the receptionist has always billed my insurance and I pay the dirrerence. This time I approach the desk and as one of the girls steps away the other proceeds to say "by the way you have an old bill from previous dentist and it needs to be paid today".
