They could use a person at the front table at the door where you wait to be seated you have to wait for like 30minutes just to be seated

If I could pick a zero I would. It started with wrong drinks, then waited for chips with spinach so long it was cold. Took an hour to get food, was brought wrong plate and was very rudely told that's what I ordered. Funny I didn't know they started asking how you would like your burger cooked then bring you chicken and ribs. Didn't have condiments for burger, bun hard as rock, and tomato on husbands burger when it was ordered without. My wife and I took our son and daughter in law n their family there for their first experience at Larkin,,s tonight,,,wife and I are fairly regular customers. it was a disaster!!! Poor service...food not prepared as ordered...rude server...they actually took some off the bill but this experience was totally unacceptable. The family won't be returning. I feel an uncomplimentary letter to the general manager and Larkin,s corporate coming on...
