Very professional and responsive. Glad I contacted them. Hopefully I will have the opportunity in the future to answer the quality portion of the questionnaire. So far, very impressed. Their quality of workmanship is great. I went to the roof top and took pictures after the installment. So far I'm happy.

The developer grade units began having issues, and Larkin Heating & Cooling offered incredible assistance at serious costs. Larkin Heating & Cooling charges what they say they will charge, they don't attempt to draw you into their administration with low costs, just to hit you with the huge receipt toward the finish of the assistance. I adore these people!
Sammy from Larkin Heating & Cooling came out to fix my mini-split system which had stopped working. He was very thorough and made he that he had addressed all issues before leaving. He even took the time to review the system to see that all fluids were topped off and that it was running fine, when he got it to working properly. Another positive experience with Larkin as well. We've used them for 4 years now and are very pleased.
