This is my 3rd coming here strictly for TMS. I can only give my review based solely on TMS. Lisa, Tanya, and Cherish are the TMS nurses. 100% I cannot do this process without them. They go and beyond for me during this process. TMS isn't a joke and it's hard work healing yourself. They are kind, gracious, understanding, compassionate and want you to succeed. Why 4 stars? They don’t pick up their phone calls, no matter how many times you call or how many voice messages you leave; there is this black woman there who has an accent and who is very rude. She has hung up in my face mid conversation, knowing that I needed to urgently speak to somebody there in regards of someone. She should not be working there at all if you are rude and or don’t like your job, you should not be working there
