We couldn’t be happier with Lark!!! We have had several property managers over the years, and Lark has been the best, hands-down! I’ve never had such a high level of communication and genuine care. This has been the most worry-free property management company I have worked with throughout many years of owning rental properties. Our renters have voiced consistently similar praise.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The absolute audacity with this company, specifically Kristin Johnson WHOM STALKED AND HARRASED MY FAMILY. Curse words sent through emails on mother's day, to my wife at 10:30 at night! Water being turned off without notice, the lack of ventilation in the kitchen, the dirty property that always has trash, how they allowed a maintenance person to break into our apartment at 11pm and then call the cops on us because he was not welcome!
