My apartment was roach infested. I went without hot water for 2 months before maintenance came to fix it. I notified them every week about this and it still took them 2 months to come fix the water. Almost every time I had a maintenance request I had to notify them multiple times to come fix the problem before they came. Do not move here the management is horrible and the people at the front desk are rude. I wish I could have avoided moving here.

I lived at Lark in the Woods for two years. The first year was amazing and the property was extremely well managed. Everything was clean and it was a reasonable price to pay for the quality of Lark. The second year was horrible. The rates went up and lark stopped caring about the cleanliness and quality of the facility. There are bones on the stairs that have been there for almost a year now that they have not cleaned them. They also added water and sewer fees to utilities without mentioning it. I have lived at Lark in the Woods for the past year, and will not be resigning my lease. The management team at this property is extremely rude and does not care to hear your concerns, as they always have an answer for you to avoid truly addressing it. They are unapproachable and it is a headache trying to reach them by phone, as there is an AI bot that answers in order to keep you from accessing the office, even as a resident. Lark has been great we been here since day 1 we left came back!!!! When we came back had a small disagreement but once the GM came he and I sat down and talked and it was solved and it’s been all good. Eric and his team are great !!!!!
