This has been the absolutely most disorganized and frustrating process that I have ever dealt with regarding a rental property. My daughter signed her housing agreement on January 30th. Decent apartment, never really any issues with bugs or anything. The wifi here sucks, the gate is NEVER working, and the price here keeps going up and up without any upgrades being made. If we are paying an extra $70-$100 each month you would think they would upgrade the gym with more appliances, or fix our wifi and gate issues. I wish it had a fence in the dog pooping areas so that you can let your dog go in the area without worrying about them accidentally getting loose from their leash. Decent apartment. But the gate is alway broken. Literally just fix it or replace it. The exit gate works but the entry doesn’t. The exit gate opens incredibly slow, so what is the points of having it if you are not gonna have a working entry gate. Also, there is a problem with marijuana. I can smell it at night sometimes and people are clearly smoking on the property or from their cars. Enforce the rules and revoke their leases or have them prosecuted, it’s ridiculous. The hot tub and my room itself is nice though.
I have lived here two years. The front desk staff cannot give answers to questions I’ve asked (it’s always “I’m not sure” or “I’m sorry, but I can’t help you”). There are no in-person tours for the apartment models, only online. The WiFi has been down a couple days each week for the past month. The WiFi here is managed by Whitesky, but LITW staff do not call on behalf of their tenants. They have advised us to call, but Whitesky (WiFi brand) requires majority of the complex (all 8 buildings) to complain and call before the DN... read more
