Expect everything from rent problems, to mold, to cockroaches, to waiting, broken gate, spotty wifi, people blasting music in their cars until 3am, and broken appliances.
Using my other email account to reiterate that Lark in the Woods DID IN FACT increase my rent after I signed my lease once they found out how much money I made. They voided the initial lease I signed and refused to honor the price I was offered. I will never give my business to a dishonest company. I wish 0 stars was an option. They can say the reason for the increase had nothing to do with my income all they want, but the rent increase came within an hour of them receiving my proof of income.
I’ve had an amazing experience living at Lark in the Woods! The staff is always friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is well-maintained. It truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!
UPDATE: It appears that there is a new team in charge. I spoke with them yesterday, and they have made this right. They seem to really want their residents to have a good experience. After their willingness to correct this, I would recommend giving them a chance! My college student son lived here for two years. The day we moved in the place was filthy. There was old, spilled food in the refrigerator, spilled/dried food in the oven and on the stove, hair all over the bathrooms and in the washer, and dirty carpets. It was seri... read more
Beautiful property! This is a great place to stay if you are a college student looking for somewhere close to campus. The staff is very nice and helpful.
