The place is great has a good amount of space, but apartment was dirty. Had dust and black stuff around the vents, my desk top was sticky and had stuff left from the previous tenants, some of our outlets don’t work, and we have a broken dresser.
Lived here for 3 years in a 3bed/3bath! Never had major maintenance issues, especially in the last year or two. Fridge seal was broken at one point and fridge was completely replaced, maintenance guys were always polite and quiet. Our front load washer had some mold or mildew on the belt that eventually got replaced; we couldn't get it off through cleaning alone. Gym was solid and pool was good. Everything said about the state of these apartments lines up with what I've been seeing this year. The pool is barely maintained, internet is awful and they've just switched providers from "WhiteSky" to "Latigo" and still the network is at best and still not loading at worst. I'm stuck staring at 300Kbps-1Mbps on a ethernet connection right now...
