Oh my Gd, I am still in the chair. I am dying over my hair!!! Stephanie has been my hairstylist for a while and when she moved to the salon, she was ecstatic over that transition. I can see why!! The place is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, and I have never looked or felt this amazing about my hair which is full, the blonde/baliayage is perfect, And I have a nice loose beach wave curl on my way out the door. Beyond the best experience I’ve virtually ever had with my hair!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I texted her to sign up as a model for an upcoming hair tour. Larisa texted that she would follow up with more details. I request the day off work so I am available all day for her and the day before I am suppose to go to the class, she post that she's still looking for a hair model. I text her to please let me know if she doesn't want me to be her model. Then her MANAGER Jill proceeds to text me that I was not chosen. What a waste of my time. My husband purchased stylist aprons from Larisa Loves website and I was so excited to get it for my birthday but not only did my husband pay for two day shipping and not get it for two weeks but a week after getting it and wearing it for 4 days one of the buttons busted! He has emailed every email we can find for her and even went as far as messaging her on Instagram with absolute ZERO response back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
