Went there before in the past for kidney stones and had a huge bill and it changed my mind on going to hospitals so i was scared because they overcharge but this time i went in for an eye apprasion and just was in there for 20 minutes and was in a little dr type office in the hospital but somehow they sent a bill for 2000 and after plan discounts its still over 1100 and not to mention i just got another bill for the dr that numbed my eye in the hospital and that bill was 900 and after discounts and deductible its over 100. This place is infection city and very unsafe. Watched a nurse slam and I mean slam my friends pain meds and hydralazine back to back. Which is very dangerous. You don’t slam any IV push meds especially one that can tank your blood pressure. Charge nurse didn’t seem to care though.
RecommendedTwo weeks ago 10/2/18 Largo Medical Center saved my life. I recommend them. They refused to stop looking for my problem (it wasn't well known) they just knew something was wrong. Because they refused to give up, they found my problem and saved my life. Thank you Largo Medical Center.
it was wonderful all except for no flowers Tell Mr Paige I'm upset with him:-! to please plant some and brighten that place up you guys are Amazing and have a wonderful staff,there is no reason for you to be so ordinary:)

I was leary to go here after reading some of the google reviews. Not anymore. Everything from the free valet parking , being greeted in the emergency room and leaving with my prescription for antibiotics was a little over an hour. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly and very concerned about my well being and overall comfort level. I would highly recommend Largo Medical Center E.R.. Very happy with my experience there and will most definitely use them the next time a need arises.
My child has been in icu for 24 days, very very sick. I give my sincere gratitude to all the icu nurses, Drs, therapist, custodians, cafeteria workers, I could just go on and on. The care he has been given is BEYOND imaginal. I would love to meet the CIO and give him a hug. This hospital and staff have gone above the call of duty to save his life. They treat him like they would treat their own child. My gratitude is endless.
