My time at LSMC therapy was a great success, my lft shoulders mobility is excellent, and the receptionists are one of the friendliest if not the friendliest I’ve had, never a hassle in rescheduling or canceling appointments. Thank you all.
Horrible experience! I am pregnant and my original appointment was moved to come in earlier they made me wait for more than 2 hrs still waiting to get seen by doctor a lady comes in telling me to go do xray and i said i am pregnant then leaves to go ask doctor if still needed I just walked out and cancelled my appointment. What is the point of making a scheduled appointment for if they are going to make you wait for hours wasting my time. Do not recommend it here. Will be hoping to get referred elsewhere
Dr Puig and staff are very friendly and professional. A few times I had to wait longer than expected but oh well. I thank Thelma for being patient with me and helping me obtain necessary medication. :-)
Be sure to check the prices they give you during billing. Otherwise actual PT work was good.
