I will not be returning to see Dr. Tran... I had an appointment with him about 6 weeks ago. The day before my visit, I received a text from his office asking me to register for my visit online. I am now 6 months sober thanks to Cedar Springs and sober living. I have struggled with addiction for 10+ years and have experienced so many rehab facilities but I have to say this place is top notch. There are so many staff that helped me but the one that I need to shout out is Tiece. She helped me every step of the way and always remembered my name. She was compassionate to my needs through everything. Thank you so much!! If it wasn't for this place, I would have never stayed sober. I don't believe I would have survived.

Its Yolanda Cosme again it's my 3rd day and nothing has change still if not better the best care i have ever received! Holly, Alex, Brittany, my cna's thank you! Ceasar from RT you have a beautiful heart never change! This hospital has the best staff in all of Nevada no exaggeration! You need to go to ER come here! I want this experience for everyone who is need of care! I hope the higher ups take these reviews seriously! Please give your staff recognition and their flowers they have earned it!

I was a patient at Fairmont Hospital and consequently reported them to Philadelphia Corporation on Aging and Medicare. I was treated with disrespect and I have since noticed my review was not posted. The staff missed my neurological symptoms and my self esteem was greatly curtailed. Instead of being the monster I came out feeling about myself I subsequently was diagnosed by a neurologist with neurological symptoms from diagnosis of Normal Pressure Enceplitis. Cedar Springs hospital was the best place I could have been sent in my time of need. I was inpatient for a week for detox and then went into a program called 3.7 for treatment. All the groups were great. I then met a gaurdian angel named Tiece. She was always checking in on me and the rest but one thing stood out about her.. she cared and she knew every one of our names. very unorganized. You have to ask about visitation, phone numbers to call patient and it took two days of constant calling before I could talk to a nurse. then it was at 4 am. they cut visitation short and implied they were short staffed and do not stick to the planned schedule which is very important for mentally ill patients. the office staff act like they don't know what they are doing especially the admission dept, having worked in a mental health facility this is not a facility that I would even recommend to my enemy.

While the hospital didn't harm my child, they also didn't help him. The place treated the concerns as a joke telling me he is danger to himself and the family but isn't a danger to society YET. The weekend staff responded and was more detailed in reporting and taking information than the regular weekly staff members. Very disorganized. doctor was condescending and downplayed everything. January 31, 2026 went to ER at 1:PM to get treatment for Cellulitis wound on my leg. My NP had recommended getting accumulated fluid drained ASAP due to swelling/pain. 1:15PM I was called into a room by a PA named Jessie. She looked at wound, said she would try to get ultrasound report online from SDMI lab test and find a wound care doc in the hospital who might be making rounds on that Saturday.
