They never answer the phone, no matter what time you call or return the calls. I have to call Beaumont, Tx so they can help me
Last week on Wednesday, I got Tuesday’s paper again. I had to call them twice. I called in the morning and was told I would get it in a while and I had to call them again at 3 pm to remind them I was still waiting on my Wednesday paper. Today , a week later I again got yesterday’s paper! I don’t know if it’s the circulation department, printing department or the delivery person’s fault , but getting tiresome ! Misleading titles, misspelled words and so called journalists writing without checking their facts. The National Inquirer has more believable articles than LMT.
