This place is clean and pretty but the lady in the front is so rude. She really shows she doesn’t want to work. She turn down 5 people that came for bloodwork. I didn’t leave because I was willing to wait. She told me my wait was more than four hours . So I said that’s ok. She was telling others the wait was five hours, so they left. The receptionist in the front with curly hair very rude unprofessional behavior. why work in a place that you don't like. Her energy drains.
Roxanna in the admission department and Edgar the MRI technician were amazing. Professional, patient and kind. My father was there for an MRI and he was not happy about it, but they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
