Horrible horrible place they had my mother wait 2 hours then had her in gown waiting for another 39 min just to tell her they couldn’t see her and nothing was done all bec they confirmed her appt and they didn’t let her know they needed her last years monogram for them to proceed with the appt not to mention the appt was done 15 days before just to tell you they can’t see you . Totally unprofessional! Stay away from them at all COSTS! they make you wait 2 hrs to register and another 2 hours to take you on for any kind of exam! Billed me a day prior (while I registered) and then gave me a new balance prior to taking the scan the following day and wouldn't allow me to take the exam unless I had paid in full before. I explained that my insurance was already billed but could not reason with the stupid lady working the front desk. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Over two hours wait to get lab tests done. Once they take you in the nurse spent 20 minutes talking to another employee about trees instead of doing her job.
