Totally unprofessional! Stay away from them at all COSTS! they make you wait 2 hrs to register and another 2 hours to take you on for any kind of exam! Billed me a day prior (while I registered) and then gave me a new balance prior to taking the scan the following day and wouldn't allow me to take the exam unless I had paid in full before. I explained that my insurance was already billed but could not reason with the stupid lady working the front desk. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Over two hours wait to get lab tests done. Once they take you in the nurse spent 20 minutes talking to another employee about trees instead of doing her job.
The receptionist in the front was the rudest person I have ever met , she didn’t want to help and acted like I was lying to her over paperwork she literally printed out the lab order in less then two minutes and made me feel worse when I was already in a lot of pain. Power trip
Be aware, do not go there unless you are almost dying. They will charge you the same as going to an ER at the hospital. Wr made the mistake to take our son for a bad soar throat and they start doing a bunch of test. An antibiotic was prescribed and cough syrup and wr were charged after insurance thousands of dollars. They know it and would not advise you that you will be charge ridiculous amounts of money when in reality it was something that should cost just your copay for a doctor $20-30.
