Roxanna in the admission department and Edgar the MRI technician were amazing. Professional, patient and kind. My father was there for an MRI and he was not happy about it, but they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
Horrible horrible place they had my mother wait 2 hours then had her in gown waiting for another 39 min just to tell her they couldn’t see her and nothing was done all bec they confirmed her appt and they didn’t let her know they needed her last years monogram for them to proceed with the appt not to mention the appt was done 15 days before just to tell you they can’t see you .
