I’m writing this review because in my 13 years of being a parent, never have I received such poor medical treatment regarding any of my children. Omar Diaz was the most insensitive “doctor” that I had the displeasure of meeting. I told him I was concerned because my son’s cough was worsening and because he is autistic and non-verbal he wouldn’t be able to tell me he isn’t well. Horrible experience. My son got exposed to RSV and the croup cough. We brought him Christmas Eve due to non stop cough and was told to bring him back if his cough or breathing worsened. On our first visit the nurses and doctors did a thorough examination. However, my son's cough worsened, so we brought him the following day. I had an outstanding experience at Laredo Medical Center North ER when I took my daughter. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, were incredibly professional and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and reassured from the moment I walked in. The nurses were compassionate, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I had.
