Get a NEW MANAGER! – At 100% occupancy on any given day, the Manager ca afford to be a liar and a hypocrit. Someone needs to see that she does not run the place in compliance with Property Code and she more than takes advantage of her residents and Public Housing Money.
Poor Management – I live here at casa de manana apartments for about 4 years. The previous apartment was fine. My current apartment is hell when it rains. I have water that leakes through, under,and above my door. Water also leaks through my window. A paint bubble formed to a constant drip. It's now a hole where water constantly drips. Mold formed above my door and maintance came and stray painted over it due to an inspection that was going to take place the following day.
