I’ve been here with LHD for about 6+ years and haven’t had a problem whatsoever minor fixes yes but they get resolved quickly. You just call or leave a request on their page and maintenance gets it done. Apartment are well equipped, No problems with neighbors. If you call the office they help right away solve any question or problem you have.
Been a long term resident at Avery Village and I can confirm the attention to the facilities has improved in the last year. I like how modern the apartments are and how they feel bigger compared to others in the city. I like how they are dog friendly and have designated grass spots for dogs. They are also fumigating more frequently than before. But I do wish they could fumigate at least every quarter rather than every 6 mo.
