I moved in on the 23 of October and I noticed all the air vents had mold on them I called and told them of the problem they sent maintenance out to the apt on the 27 we never stayed in the apartment due to mold because of my 2 month old baby I can’t risk the health of my baby just cause some people don’t care about others
You will regret doing business with them. Worst apartment ever. SCAMMERS. GREEDY. IRRESPONSIBLE. AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Also worst company. I would give 0 Stars if i could still leave a review. Roaches for 3 months in the entire complex before they sent out an exterminator. the A/C never worked properly and at one point during the hottest days of the year we had no Air for 4 whole days. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Laredo Horizon. For an extended period, I have experienced significant and recurring maintenance issues that have severely impacted my quality of life and safety. These issues include a persistent infestation of mice, repeated water leaks resulting in substantial damage, culminating in a partial roof collapse. Horrible experience so far ranging from cheaply made apartment units to nasty rude ladies in the office.
Read before you sign. You are not allowed to view the premises before only by picture. You pay rent on the first to go in until the 5th. When your lease is over, they will not return your deposit... Since you enter the premises on the 5th, that is what the lease says. So once lease is up on the end of the month, since you didn't stay until the fifth, they will not return your well earned money.
