Horrible place . 3 different apartments. 3 diffrent cockroach infestations . Their office staff is very unprofessional and apparently dont have a manager/supervisor anywhere withing the company. Im getting charged 3+ years later for something I dont know about. They dont have any records of when I lived there or what im charged for. Goodluck if you get theses people for housing . AVERY VILLAGE Worse place to live if you have a family neighbors are loud having parties at 2, 3 in the morning smoking weed. Office personnel does not do anything to help you need to contact “upper management”. Worse parking, roaches everywhere and if you need fumigation you need to pay for it. Regret renting here.
I moved in on the 23 of October and I noticed all the air vents had mold on them I called and told them of the problem they sent maintenance out to the apt on the 27 we never stayed in the apartment due to mold because of my 2 month old baby I can’t risk the health of my baby just cause some people don’t care about others
You will regret doing business with them. Worst apartment ever. SCAMMERS. GREEDY. IRRESPONSIBLE. AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Also worst company. I would give 0 Stars if i could still leave a review. Roaches for 3 months in the entire complex before they sent out an exterminator. the A/C never worked properly and at one point during the hottest days of the year we had no Air for 4 whole days. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Laredo Horizon. For an extended period, I have experienced significant and recurring maintenance issues that have severely impacted my quality of life and safety. These issues include a persistent infestation of mice, repeated water leaks resulting in substantial damage, culminating in a partial roof collapse.
