Very friendly and fast service all 3 ladies up front where you get the certificates were very cheerful. The security guards were also very helpful.

very rude workers , I went to get a copy of a birth certificate and even with 3 IDs they wasn't able to give me nothing , I don't know what is the problem with the people here always in a bad mood
