Doctor is nice and obviously experienced, staff ahh they’re ok, but watch out for bills…..4 years later for charges “insurance didn’t cover”, $$ big charges.

My mother law is in the ICU fighting for her life and this office could care less. I called to get info on her pacemaker and I was rudely told they had no info on it. I called back and I was told that the rep was in the office and was placed on hold for over 45 min. It’s been over a week and still no call back from this office. Today I called and to speak to the office manager Brenda and the person who answers the phone didn’t ask what it was regarding or who I was nor attempted to help me .
