Can’t speak to their ability to help you buy and sale a home, however as a rental property management company they are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Never on time, never able to fix anything without approvals and further delays. Your major appliances go out - wait a week for something to be scheduled to only be given the runaround by everyone. When rental unit didn’t match as what was advertised, they made little no effort to correct. Only went on to blame others for their own shortcomings.
Colin and the Lardner Group team were excellent to work with from start to finish. From coordinating make-ready improvements on the front end, to preparing the MLS listing, to showing the home and closing the sale, we had an excellent experience with the Lardner Group!
