We we came Saturday just as you were closing for a bit to let your staff catch up. We came back at 4 and stood in a line around the back of the building. It was worth the wait! One of the best meals we've had.... And I've been eating at Tortilla Flats since it opened. At that time came with my mother and now come with my daughter and granddaughter. Congratulations on a 42 year run in a very very tough unforgiving business . We're new at this with Gardinas and The Ruby Owl. 7 years only ! I've also got great memories of visiting the flats almost from the beginning on N Main St. Hats off to you Ada for always being a class act and for putting Oshkosh on the culinary map back when supper clubs and corner taverns ruled the scene ! Good luck in the future , Tortilla Flats and Ada Thimke will be remembered for a very , very long time !! Enjoy the next chapter !
