Horrible experience. I visited Show while having a mental health crisis. She dismissed my needs and shifted the focus to herself and her daughter. I left worse off than when I arrived.

I had surgery here on June 17. After the recovery room they took me upstairs to a room where they told me I woud have my next pain pills. This is 3 hours after surgery. They left me in the room for 2 hours with nothing for pain! Tthey had told my husband that they would come get him after they got me settled. They basically forgot about me. I kept pushing the button to get a nurse and people would come that couldn't get me meds. After 2 hours they said I wasn't in the system, and they couldn't get me meds. Surgeon was great! The hospital care is based on spreadsheets- the goal to make $$$- awful!!
If you like having good vision ,absolutely DO NOT make anappointment with multicare. They did so much damage to me Spokane eye clinic will not beable to undo multicares disaster
If you’re a fentanyl OD this is the place for you. If you live a clean lifestyle, try to take care of yourself, and are a productive contributor to society…run away, beware you won’t get care because they “Treat people with life threatening problems and there is nothing wrong with you.” I will NEVER seek medical care here again, the ER MD made me feel terrible about coming in. I actually went home, found a Dr. on line who listened, treated my symptoms and made me referrals. If I could give zero stars that would be too many... read more
Just terrible care in the over crowded ER. None of the appropriate testing done. RX'd wrong meds. Keep driving or wait 6-8 hours for ridiculously bad care. You'll be safe though! Like 10 security guards standing around a desk in the ER, money better spent on descent care.
Found out my mom was taken to Tacoma general. I left work and found my mother with severe shortness of breath (SOB). I was told that she might not make it by my sister who was there before me. We notified the charge nurse that mom had a very big family. They said they would accommodate. Well 30 of her grandkids and her kids were there within the hour.
