Had a great experience with this company. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional while they were working on A/C unit installation. They help me out in every detail, questions, and concerns.
Faulty installation led to not one but two roof leaks in less than 8 months. The first time, Mr. Lara “took responsibility” by fixing the roof. The second time he decided to simply blame me for “not noticing earlier” like I’m supposed to be up in the attic noticing leaks. DONT RECOMMEND.
Would like to thank Lara Air Conditioning and staff for the great service! I called Lara’s AC around 9am needing AC replacements and by 11am technicians Eddie and Raúl where here at my residence to begin exchange on not one AC split system but two units! By 4pm techs removed and installed both units plus two new thermostats, Eddie and Raul where knowledgeable , Proffesional and answered all my concerns! Great job guys! I would recommend Lara AC to anyone needing AC service.
The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem and will fix my AC unit when parts arrive.
