RecommendedI accidentally broke off my headphone jack in the speaker port on my computer. I tried everything I could think of to get it out, but no luck. So I called Michael at Laptop EMT and he said to come on down. It only took him 5 minutes and I was out the door – and he didn’t charge me anything! Thank you very much, Michael. You saved the day and you are very worthy of your great customer service reviews!

The guys here are so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable! They do great work! When I needed my screen replaced on my laptop, and Staples wouldn't honor the warranty, they were the cheapest! Used them a few times - highly recommended!
My laptop had a problem with its video display, it turns out, it was a MOTHERBOARD issue. So, I took it to LaptopEMT, and they were kind, courteous, professional and very knowledgable. However, it did take them a few tries. The first motherboard was a faulty one, the second lasted me 2 months before failing, unfortunately, the third only lasted me 12 days, but this new one seems to be lasting me a lot!
