I moved to Laprada place from day 1 Ms Veronica has been absolutely GREAT she made sure everything was right in my apartment she such a respectful lady she gets the job done she is exactly what we need in office I never stayd in apartment where they grieve discount on pizzas if u stay in these apartment s she has refreshments for our residents for us to be in this area we picked the right place she made it so comfortable for me . I've been at LaPrada Place for a year. My lease was coming up for renewal. So, as required in the lease agreement, I gave notice that I would like to stay but only in a 1bedroom. The manager, Silvie, was very helpful in locating me a 1 bedroom vs the 2 bedroom I was leasing. My neighbors in my area were the best. Always a wave or how are you. Kids asking if they could help me with groceries, etc. The few times, less than 4, I had to contact the office for something, someone showed up, usually the same day. Of course time and... read more
I just moved in this month and love my apartment The manager Veronica is so sweet and caring ! I love that the process was easy and fast . The property is very clean and I like that there is enough parking and I never have any issues .
Look, the place isn’t perfect. It’s a bit older, you will have occasional issues, but they all can be fixed. Let management know and they fix it as soon as they can-even if that isn’t as fast as you’d like, they will fix it. The place is very well maintained. The apartment, for the price, is decent. If you want a place within your budget, this would be a good choice for you.
