Extremely rude doctor lately and staff especially billing is disgustingly rude. Will be finding a new doctor that actually cares about me as a patient and doesn’t talk to me like Verna from billing does. Also the doctor himself was beyond rude last time I was in. Nurse has dropped a nose swab on the ground and then turned around before I could say to get a new one and stuck it up my nose… disgusting practice/ dirty facility.
Trash. Dr bills patients for filling out paperwork for established patients. $50 . You are a fraud. The 1st time we took paperwork they failed to send the paperwork where it needed to go. My father lost his benefits because they had 2 weeks to send paper work via fax which take 3 full minutes to transmit. UNACCEPTABLE
Dr Lapite is a very arrogant PCP who's not on par with New Technologies nor new medications that have hit the market within the last 20-40 yrs. He suggested I try Metformin. (Diabetes) I explained I had been on Metformin for 8 yrs but my Endocrinologist changed it to Jardiance &Trudgenta.He then stated that those medications wouldn't lower my A1C and only Metformin or insulin would benefit me.
