I cannot say enough good things about both Dr. Alysson Campanelli-Spence and Dr. Mua Ngo! It’s so nice to be heard and validated! Conversations with Dr. Campanelli are like meeting with a friend: casual, comfortable, and so worth while. We problem solve…together…and make plans that suit my needs, not just checking boxes. This was one of the first times I had a PCP who truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns and carefully discuss all the treatment options. I got my first appointment within 2 weeks which is also unheard of if you’re a new patient at other clinics. I have direct access to them through text and I can always get an appt within a week or 2 if I wanted a follow up. Lapis is a great place to go to when you need that extra care in your medical needs. I avoided going to the doctor for years because I knew that anything I needed was going to take years and so much money in appointment costs. Here, I feel like I can actually get my money worth. Dr. Campanelli (and Dr. Ngo) both care about their patients and do what is best for them.
