We called "Lapfix" and spoke to you, described very specifically what the fix was and what had been done. We took the time to speak to you so this would not happen. Now you have waisted our time, our money and made us look bad in front of our client, maybe loosing his business. We spoke very clearly, describing everything and you told us to send it in. RecommendedI am a photographer I had my worse nightmare happen for me to find out my SD card I used for three family sessions was damaged and couldn’t find the pictures I took when I tried to upload to my computer to edit. I headed over to LapFix to help me quickly the same day to help with recovering data from the SD card. Eric’s service was excellent: quick, polite and recovered the data within two days of dropping off the card. Huge relief to myself and my clients. I strongly recommend them. Thank you!!
