Went in for a hurt foot and they refused to check it out because I said when it started hurting. I said it started hurting at work, nothing happened that I was aware of. It was sore and progressively got worst. The lady at the desk was nice even though I didn’t like what she had to say. But the nurse that came and got me was so rude. Slowest clinic ever. Here just to take a drug test for a job and waiting over an hour. This place SUCKS and they have since they opened. It was like this before corona too.
RecommendedFYI..... They don't open until 10:00 am. I have always gotten great care.

You need to change your answering machine! People in the parking lot waiting on Saturday at 9am. No one shows up! Not open!

Karen Morris at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Left this urgent care & went to another one in town and had a much better experience!
