Held my 50th birthday dinner at Lapeer over the weekend and what an outstanding experience. First, big thank you to Louis the owner for accommodating 12 guests several days before the date. Probably can't do this all the time, but truly appreciated! Second, the staff was amazing. Our server was on point the entire night handling a bunch of fools that had been drinking all day. This place is great! We celebrated my friend’s birthday, and had a lot to drink and a lot to eat. There was a lot of us and the servers were patient and attentive. Specifically, Katie exceeded all expectations with service. I recommend the Fillet with peppercorn butter, and the espresso martinis.
The staff and of course the manager are the best
Lapeer is top notch. Great food and environment. The manager Katy made sure we were taken care of and had a good experience. One of the best spots in Alpharetta.
Pushing it on price, really pushing it. Tasty recipes, creative touches, inventive selection (except for the steak, of course). But be prepared for $38 chicken entrees, $69 halibut, $17-29 appetizers, and most steaks $80+. The latter isn’t that unusual but the chicken and halibut entrees (justified or not) will slap you in the face. Would I return? Yes, so long as I have a wheelbarrow of money in tow.
