Done with this place, they don't know how to answer the phone at all, receptionists are very lazy answering the phone, when it came to my results that I been waiting patiently for, for a month solid and No phone call about them or answer the phone when I'm overly concerned they don't answer. Rude customer service and rude doctors that don't know what their doing horrible client and patient services. Would not suggest no one going here.
Phone number on online doesn't work
Too bad we can’t give zero stars Horrible patient care. The receptionist hasn’t a clue how to do her job and called my mother a liar. My mother is 78 and doesn’t need this added stress. I will be turning this “Doctor” in to the medical board. Word of mouth can usually bring in more patients. Not this doctor! I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there. Please seek out any doctor but this one. Terrible experience.
I believe that the sole guiding principle for Naber is the generation of fees. Don’t get me wrong, fees are needed to keep a business running. I get that. But to refuse to discuss an acute illness and maintenance meds in the same visit? Requiring a second appointment for just about anything? Couple that with zero bedside manner. That is what you get here.
Best client service I have ever received in a doctors office The staff is very kind and a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Hyatt is one of the best doctors I have ever had. The staff and doctor here actually listen to what is going on. I would recommend them to anyone.
