I love that he was honest and did not try to sell us what we didn't need.
Saturday we purchased a recliner. Delivered today during the time frame they said they would. The gentlemen delivering were polite. We had an old recliner....they asked my wife if she wanted it taken to the road. My grandson wanted it in the basement. The delivery gentlemen took it to the basement for her. Excellent customer service....I highly recommend this store!
Can’t say enough about Tim Perina, Great customer service. Ordered a dining set and it’s perfect. Tim even called to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely come to see Tim in the future. Thank you!
We’ve been buying all of our furniture here for at least 7 years and we absolutely LOVE Laurie (sp?) - she’s awesome! Laurie has been working with us since my 9 year old was just 2 years old and now is helping us with things not only for her but for our next girl who is now 2... we feel like family to her and she is always fun and easy going and so is everyone at Lapeer Furniture ! Thanks for great service and awesome products! Everything we’ve ever bought here (a lot over the years) has been top notch and great stuff!
