I requested Rescue to come and assist me due to me having a tachycardia event due to energy drinks. When Kat & Josh got here they took over where the Deerfield Fire Departments part was finished. Kat & Josh helped get calm, literally! My blood pressure was well over 200 on the top and well over 100 on the bottom. I had a severe scratch on my hand by my cat and could not stop the bleeding. I called 911 and two wonderful EMS men came and helped me. I wish I had their names, but thank you so much!

Their billing department is lazy. Bill sent for father stating no insurance info. He has insurance. LC EMS billing department will not answer. Called three times. On hold four hours each time. Called back and said will not pay bill until someone who wants to get paid answers. Got a call back three hours later for two rings and hung up. Back to voice mail. Poor service.
