My 6 year old missed one of her appointments. No one ever called, texted or emailed to see if everything was okay or what the issue was. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating all of her remaining appointments were canceled. My daughter was heartbroken and now thinks it's her fault her appointments were canceled. Nothing worse than hearing my 6 year old daughter say "why doesn't ___ want to see me anymore? What did I do to make her mad?" I would never recommend this place!
I highly recommend this practice!! They are Christian based and also very mental health and healing focused. They also accept my insurance. The receptionists / office ladies are amazing too. I was a little confused to have to be put on a waitlist the first time I called, but they called me back a week or two later with different time slots to schedule me. My experience has been great, from the front office staff to the therapist. I was referred to Mike Hutchens by my Pastor. I've received solid and biblical guidance that has helped me to effectively effectively process and release some challenging baggage. I would HIGHLY recommend!
They should change their name, because this was definitely not Christian based counseling. Our counselor was swearing, did not explain anything biblical or even mention God or the Bible, and didn't pray with us or even ask if she could. She wasn't very friendly, and seemed pretty cold. Definitely would not recommend.
