Recently, I shipped a barrel with Laparkan and I regretted shipping with them. They give my barrel to another customer, who returned it after a few hours, while my family is waiting to pick it up. My main concern is how causal the staff was viewing this incident. Very disappointing experience with Laparkan. We shipped a box from Montreal on December 12, and were told it would arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica within 5 weeks. After 6 weeks, we called for an update and were told the shipment had never actually been sent. We were then told it would ship on January 21 and arrive on February 28. As of March 12, we still have not received our shipment. Trying to get information has been extremely frustrating. Receptionist very rude, costume service training highly recommend, being polite and friendly to your costumes would be nice. Rather than telling me you're busy and I should announce myself when entering your office.
