Very disappointing experience with Laparkan. We shipped a box from Montreal on December 12, and were told it would arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica within 5 weeks. After 6 weeks, we called for an update and were told the shipment had never actually been sent. We were then told it would ship on January 21 and arrive on February 28. As of March 12, we still have not received our shipment. Trying to get information has been extremely frustrating. None of the phone numbers for the Montego Bay office are working or being answered. ... read more
Receptionist very rude, costume service training highly recommend, being polite and friendly to your costumes would be nice. Rather than telling me you're busy and I should announce myself when entering your office.
