I never liked going to the dentist. I had a bad experience when I was young and it scarred me until I went to this dentist. I go to the office and I don't get anxious. The dentist explains every step, then he has a very calming way. He has never given me a bad experience.
The usual first-class experience: professional, courteous, thorough – delivered in spotless and comfortable surroundings.
I was very anxious about a big dental procedure today, Dr H numbed the area without my hardly noticing! And proceeded to do his magic. I am totally comfortable tonight & can sigh in relief. We are in good hands with Dr H.
I recently cracked a tooth and needed it fixed ASAP. I called and Ann immediately took me in that day - (an hour later). After a picture and x-ray, Dr. Haselkorn determined that it required a cap. Now I was prepared to have to make another appointment, however he said he could get it done today - I was pleasantly surprised! It only took him about 1-1/2hr. to have a temp cap on my tooth and out the door I went! Dr. Haselkorn and Ann are so efficient and make the dental experience enjoyable.
