The dentist is a despicable human being that refused to treat my child. I do not understand what kind of horrible person turns away a perfectly healthy child. I am disgusted by people like this.
This is the first time in my life I have taken the time to leave a one star review, but it’s necessary in this case. We discovered that Dr. Lanz did not take our insurance, however, because our child needed a tooth extraction, and we wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible, we chose to keep our tooth extraction appointment with Dr. Lanz and pay out of pocket for the procedure while seeking other in-network care for his other dental work.
