When my vehicle started having issues with the front suspension, a friend of mine recommended Lantz's and made multiple attempts to try to set up an appointment for me. The mechanic never answered his phone, and didn't return any of the multiple voicemails that were left. I attempted to set up an appointment myself, and once again, he didn't answer his phone and didn't return my voicemails.
